Titans edged by Colts, 23-20
The Tennessee Titans fumbled away their chance at a road win in a 23-20 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
The Titans came up with a huge fumble late in the game and returned it into Indianapolis territory.
Tennessee was set up for at least a long-range attempt at the game-winning field goal when disaster struck.
Quarterback Kerry Collins bobbled the snap and then kicked the ball out of reach, allowing the Colts to scoop it up.
The Titans then couldn’t stop Peyton Manning and the Colts offense, which drove down the field for the game-winning field goal.
